All of our pricing at Peace of Mind is based on the square footage and the age of the home. See our chart below, or give us a call now for more information on our pricing! The square footage on a home is based off of the total area found on the county’s property appraisal.

For any traveling in excess, service fees will be added to the inspection:

• 40 miles from Navarre, a $40 service fee
• 45 miles from Navarre, a $50 service fee
• 50 miles from Navarre, a $60 service fee
• 90 miles from Navarre, a $110 service fee
