Richard Hood

Richard Hood is the owner/inspector of Peace of Mind Inspection Services, LLC. After almost three decades of employment in residential and industrial construction, working from tradesman eventually into management, Richard has gained expertise in many facets of the trades such as concrete, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. Richard’s passion for the building industry led him to a fulfilling career in inspection services. He has a strong desire about helping his clients get the most reliable information regarding their homes and businesses. His top priority is to provide the most accurate information prior to consumers making any purchases and/or investments.

Richard has been happily married to his beautiful wife since 2002 and they have raised two amazing children together.

James Parsons

James Parsons is a licensed home inspector for Peace of Mind Inspection Services, LLC. After many years of employment in commercial and industrial construction, James has gained experience, knowledge, and the ability to see how things are built and how things operate. James thoroughly enjoys inspecting properties and the
satisfaction of knowing he is helping as many people as he can and giving them peace of mind.

James is a native from Gulf Breeze, FL and enjoys being in the outdoors. He enjoys his time off fishing, hiking, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
