His career began as a tradesman, where he honed his skills in various specialties, including concrete work, plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical installations. Over time, Richard's expertise and dedication led him to progress into management roles, where he oversaw complex construction projects and ensured quality and safety across all aspects of the trade.

Richard’s passion for the building industry is the driving force behind his transition into inspection services. He recognized the importance of accurate, detailed inspections in helping clients make informed decisions about their homes and businesses.
