POMI did an excellent job inspecting a property we are purchasing. I've bought 3 different homes, and these guys provided by far the most thorough inspection report I've ever seen. Seriously well done.

Very pleased with our inspection. Our technician was very knowledgeable and very through. He went above and beyond what we expected and I’m very picky 🤣He explained the process he was doing he answered all our questions and if there was something he didn’t know he was able to get us answers. Richard will be my inspector on all future properties of mine. I currently have 72 properties and I wish I had him on those purchases but I will on any further purchases. That’s for sure ! Prices were reasonable but service was above and beyond the rest.

After showing him around the property, he was able to perform his job without me. He took pictures to record the required information needed for the reports.
